Helen Truscott is a practicing Registered Nurse and Midwife with experience in managing Occupational Health surveillance and assessment and infection control programs in a diverse range of industries, including health and emergency services. Helen has worked in Government, private organisations and hospitals, vaccination clinics and public health, in varied roles, as a Tutor for nursing for a number of universities, injury assessment, rehabilitation and health management services.

Helen completed her Master of Public Health and Graduate Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene at James Cook University and has a diploma in Work Health and Safety. In addition to the above skills and experience, Helen has practical skills and qualifications in audiometry, spirometry and PPE Fit testing, Helen also takes on the National role in TruHealth Solutions as the Clinical Manager and develops industry standards into our day-to-day organisation to exceed benchmark. Helen serves on the Standards Australia Working Party- Eye and Face Protection for Biological Hazards and the Australian and New Zealand Society of Occupational Medicine (ANZSOM) Nurse Working Group.

Andy has over 15 years’ experience as a Workplace health and safety manager in several different companies and industries and brings this wealth of experience to TruHealth Solutions. Andy has experience of Manual handling and musculoskeletal injury prevention, occupational health screening, audiometry, spirometry and drug and alcohol. Andy has vast experience in developing WHS and injury management (RTW Policies and programs).

Andy brings his risk management skills and experience to TruHealth and is the National WHS & injury management, return to work manager. Not only ensuring that all the TruHealth Solutions business operators are safe but all the clients and workers we see are safe as well.
